Public enforcement records

Public case previews use official public enforcement data (business name, location, inspection, citation items, proposed penalties and dates) and link to the official source so you can verify it. Public previews never include uploaded files, private notes, reports or account information, and they are excluded from search indexing.

Your private information

Your account email, case facts, uploaded notices and evidence, review decisions, invitations and reports are used only to provide your private case workspace. Each case is isolated to its firm; invited clients and advisors see only the case they were invited to.

Service providers

Supabase stores account and case data and private files; Cloudflare hosts the application and receives forwarded notices; Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record (CiteClock never sees card details); our email provider delivers sign-in links and case notifications.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies keep you signed in. First-party events record product steps such as opening a case or starting checkout. CiteClock does not load advertising pixels or session replay.

What not to upload

Do not upload medical records, employee identification numbers or unrelated confidential personnel information. Files are type-checked and stored privately; that check is not a guarantee a file is malware-free.

Retention and your requests

We keep case records while your account is active so the history stays complete. Email support@citeclock.com to request access, correction or deletion. Payment records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
