Refund Policy

Effective October 5, 2026.

What you pay

US$49, one time, per live case, plus any tax shown before payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@citeclock.com with the case name or your Paddle receipt, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds to the original payment method.

A refund ends paid access to that case. It does not reverse anything you did independently with the information.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
