What CiteClock is
CiteClock is independent workflow software for organizing regulatory citation cases: notice intake, dates, evidence requests, review, sharing and reports. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated for OSHA, the U.S. Department of Labor or any government agency. CiteClock is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. It does not choose a strategy, assess a defense, negotiate, file anything with an agency or promise any outcome or penalty change.
Price and payment
Previewing a public case is free. Activating a live working case costs US$49, one time, per case, plus any applicable tax shown before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Checkout is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction. Paid access starts only after Paddle confirms payment for that specific case.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Dates and public records
Response dates are calculated by a deterministic rules engine from the receipt date you confirm, excluding the receipt day, weekends and observed federal holidays. Dates depend on accurate inputs and on jurisdiction. Extraordinary closures, case-specific orders, settlements and changes in law can change timing. Public enforcement records can be incomplete, delayed or change over time. Verify dates and obligations with the issuing office or a qualified professional.
Jurisdiction
Federal OSHA rules are never applied silently to a State Plan matter. Where a record cannot be confirmed as Federal OSHA, CiteClock shows “Manual jurisdiction confirmation required” and does not calculate a response date. Fatality, catastrophe, willful or repeat citations and criminal matters need qualified professional attention.
Evidence and readiness
A received file is not an accepted file; a person reviews every upload. Case Readiness measures workflow completeness only. It is not a measure of legal sufficiency, a chance of success or what any agency will accept.
Your materials and sharing
Upload only records you are authorized to use. Do not fabricate, backdate or alter evidence. You control who you invite to a case; invitations are scoped to one case and can be revoked at any time.
Professional judgment
Decisions about a case remain with the employer and its advisors. CiteClock's reports and handoff packs are organizational records, not filings, legal opinions or proof of compliance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CiteClock is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim relating to a case is limited to the amount you paid for that case.
